The Terms of Use set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of The New Jersey League for Nursing Website, collectively referred to as the Web Site. Use of the Web Site indicates acceptance and agreement of all terms set forth herein. The right to use the Web Site is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity.

The New Jersey League for Nursing may provide hyperlinks to third-party web sites as a convenience to users of the Web Site. The NJLN will not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any such transaction.

This Terms of Use constitutes a contract made under and shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey.
NJLN Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership Period
The NJLN memberships run on an annual cycle from June 30 through June 30. Members who join at any point during the year receive full access to benefits through June 30.
Billing & Renewal
Membership dues are billed annually. Members will receive renewal reminders prior to the next billing cycle.
Refund Policy - Non-Refundable
Because the NJLN provides immediate access to member-only benefits—including scholarship applications, educational resources, and professional development opportunities—membership dues are non-refundable once payment is submitted.
Member Responsibilities
By submitting payment, members acknowledge:
- They are voluntarily joining the NJLN
- They understand the annual membership cycle
- They receive immediate access to member benefits
- They are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information
Access to Member Benefits
Membership benefits become available immediately upon payment. Use of any member-only resource (including scholarship applications) constitutes acceptance of the membership terms.
